Todd Stugelmayer graduated with an AAS Degree from North Dakota State College of Science in 1984. Before joining GRS/Greenberg Roofing in 2006, Mr. Stugelmayer spent 13 years as Director of Facilities at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Prior to that he was an Assoc. of Rogers Perlenfein and Associates, Fargo , ND . Todd is in charge of developing planned maintenance programs for all GR's clients, oversees operations of the maintenance department of

Greenberg's Fargo office, and acts in the project manager capacity for select clients.

Pat Budge, Vice President - Grand Forks & Jamestown

Pat Budge has been involved in sales at Greenberg since 1969. His duties include developing partnerships with Building Owner’s, assessing roof needs and offering technical advice to Clients on an ongoing basis. Mr. Budge attended the University of North Dakota.

Ned Jackson, Vice President - Minot

Ned Jackson graduated from Minot State University in 1975 with a degree in Education. Mr. Jackson works with Clients primarily in NW North Dakota assessing and advising them on roof requirements on an ongoing basis.

Lloyd Steinmetz, Vice President - Fargo

Lloyd Steinmetz graduated with an Associate Degree from the University of Minnesota in 1968. Prior to joining Greenberg, Mr. Steinmetz was President of Concrete Inc. He opened the Greenberg’s Fargo office in 1991. Mr. Steinmetz advises Building Owner’s on roof maintenance requirements and budgeting.

Brian Swanson, Service Manager - Grand Forks & Jamestown

Brian Swanson began his career with Greenberg in 1984. Prior to joining GRS, he served in the US Army where he graduated with honors from his education classes. Brian was a Crew Manager and Sheet Metal technician for 14 years before being promoted to Operations & Service Manager. Currently, Brian is the service manager at GRS’s Grand Forks location. His duties include Personnel Management, Project Coordination, Safety Compliance and Customer Contact.

Davey Hovland, Service Manager

Davey Hovland is the Service Manager at GRS’s Fargo location. His duties include management of service personnel, safety compliance, customer satisfaction and roof maintenance assessments. Prior to joining GR, Mr. Hovland was employed in the roofing wholesale business and spent 7 years in commercial roofing sales and management.

Kevin Pederson, Service & Operations Manager

Kevin Pederson joined Greenberg in 1980 and served for 19 years as a Crew Manager. Mr. Pederson has been an Operations Manager and Service Manager since 2001. His duties include Personnel Management, Project Coordination, Safety Compliance and Customer Contact.br>

Dale Wold, Estimator & Project Manager - Grand Forks

Dale Wold joined Greenberg in 1986. He holds a degree in Engineering from NDSU. Mr. Wold is the Chief Estimator at Greenberg and provides technical support regarding roofing material manufacturers’ specifications, and building code and insurance requirements to Greenberg’s field and sales force

Steve Grow

Steve Grow has worked in the roofing industry for approximately 30 years in estimating/sales, and project management. Steve’s education includes a degree in Architectural Drafting from Detroit Lakes Technical College. Steve has worked both in Fargo and Minneapolis before joining GRS/Greenberg Roofing in July, 2009.

David Rinas

David Rinas joined GRS/Greenberg Roofing as an Estimator/Project Manager in 2007. He has worked in the construction industry since 2003, and has a Construction Management degree from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.

Gerald Pariseau

Gerald Pariseau has been a dedicated employee of GRS/Greenberg Roofing since 1979. He began as a Sheet Metal Technician, and is now the Operations Manager for our Grand Forks location. His duties include personnel and project coordination, safety compliance, and customer relations.

Tom Vetter

Tom Vetter joined GRS/Greenberg Roofing as Operations Manager in 2008. He holds a degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University. Prior to joining GRS, Tom worked as a Construction Manager for a general contractor for 13 years and performed general construction work for 7 years in the Fargo area. His duties include personnel and project coordination, safety compliance, and customer relations.

Craig Wagar

Craig Wagar joined GRS as Service Foreman in 2008 and was promoted to Service Superintendant. Prior to joining GRS, Craig worked as a Production Foreman for a roofing contractor in Washington State for 10+ years. His duties include #1 safety Compliance, Project Coordination, Crew Management, and Customer Satisfaction!

Dan Oman

Dan Oman joined GRS/Greenberg Roofing as an intern in 2007 where he worked in Safety. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a BS degree from the accredited Construction Management program in 2009. Dan now works in the service department performing roof inspections, surveys, and coordinating projects.
